Meditation to help create boundaries at the Aries full moon on the 29th of September, 2023
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. Holding the labradorite crystal moon from the October Blue Ivory subscription box (now SOLD OUT), or placing it on your third eye, close your eyes and begin to deepen the breath.
Breathing deeply, in and out through your nose, let go of any tension or stress. Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper with each breath.
Imagine an iridescent light glowing blue and green within the labradorite moon. Begin to pay attention to the crystal’s energy and how it feels against your skin.
Continue to breathe deeply, feeling the crystal vibrating gently and visualising the light shining within it.
With each inhale, visualise the blue and green light growing brighter and warmer, filling your entire body.
As you exhale, imagine this radiant light expanding beyond your physical form, creating a protective, shimmering aura around you.
Continue to breathe deeply, enjoying the warm and peaceful sensation of this protective bubble of light surrounding you.
Although you are connected to the energy of labradorite, this blue and green aura represents your own energy, a source of positivity, wisdom and strength.
Feel this aura strengthening with each breath, radiating a sense of calm and inner power.
Continue to breathe like this for a few more moments, enjoying the sensation of protection within this bubble of light.
Visualise streams of light connecting you and others. You can choose faceless people, or people you know. Imagine them spaced out around you, connected to you by different streams of light. These streams of light symbolise energy exchange.
If you sense any negative energy, or discomfort, imagine your energetic shield becoming stronger and more resilient. Visualise negativity bouncing off this shield, unable to penetrate its protective barrier.
If you sense any positive energy around you, inhale, drawing in golden, positive light, allowing it to surround you and bring you comfort. Allow this golden light to raise your vibration with harmony, warmth, peace.
Continue to breathe. On each inhale, imagine your aura is gently allowing the soft golden light to filter through your aura, raising the vibration around you. On each exhale, allow your aura to gently repel any negativity.
