If you are ready to practise this Scorpio rebirth meditation, try pinpointing what it is you would like to release by journaling and then spend some time practising EFT.

 

TIP! – Before you start thinking about what it is you would like to release, hold the unakite crystal to your third eye and ask yourself which habits, relationships and inner beliefs need to go in order to create more abundance and happiness in your life.

 

 

Guided visualisation meditation using unakite crystal for the Scorpio new moon solar eclipse.

 

Sit in a meditative position and hold the unakite crystal to your heart centre Repeat an affirmation that works for you, for example ‘I am supported’ I am renewed’ ‘I am love’.

 

Place the crystal in fron of you and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in as you elongate the spine, relaxing your shoulders as you root down into the earth beneath you.

 

As you continue to breathe, focus on releasing any tension on the out breath, filling yourself with rejuvenating energy on the in breath.

 

Notice a warm sensation at the heart centre as a small green flame ignites. Visualise this flame begin to grow and the warmth increase until it breaks through the heart centre, beaming out white light which cracks through your physical body.

 

Imagine these bright white beams shining out from the heart centre as you are born again into a new reality. Feel a sensation of hope as the light breaks through your body and begins to flood your entire being.

 

Continue to breathe and feel into your new wholeness as the beams of light continue to fill your body with hope. Repeat your affirmation and visualise what this affirmation feels for you.

 

When you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back into relaity. Open your eyes and rub your hands together. Place your palms over your eyes for a few moments and feel the warm energy   move into your head. Repeat your affirmation once more.
