Meditation for the Taurus full moon, 15th November 2024, to help release fear of change and welcome new energy.
Sit comfortably, holding your rhodochrosite in your hand. Close your eyes and take a few deep, steady breaths, letting each one bring a wave of relaxation over you.
Visualise roots growing from the soles of your feet, stretching down, reaching into the earth. Feel these roots anchoring you, linking you with the grounding, nurturing energy of nature.
This is your safe space, a sanctuary where you can explore, release, and welcome change.
Gently turn your focus to the idea of change. As you settle into this thought, notice any resistance that arises in your body. Where do you feel it? Perhaps it’s in your belly, shoulders, or somewhere else entirely. Take a moment to observe these sensations, without judgement or hurry. Acknowledge their presence, noticing how they feel in your body.
Shift your attention now to your breath. With each inhale, picture yourself drawing in fresh, cleansing energy, allowing it to fill every part of you, revitalising and restoring. As you exhale, release any fears or tension surrounding change. See these fears dissolve into the earth beneath you, gently absorbed and transformed by the steady strength of the ground.
